Optional Ceremony Space / Front Lounge

The Clybourn offers flexible ceremony space options. Host your ceremony on the main level, surrounded by natural light for stunning photos. Guests can mingle in the charming front lounge, lined with windows, perfect for cocktails. Small tables are available for guests to gather and socialize, making it an ideal spot for pre-event mingling or a relaxed cocktail hour. Save on fees by utilizing The Clybourn for both your ceremony and reception.

Reception Space

The main level at The Clybourn will transform into your stunning reception space for up to 200 guests. Featuring beautiful chandeliers, exposed wood beams, and versatile up-lighting, the main ballroom is perfect for creating a memorable reception atmosphere. While our staff prepares this area, your guests can enjoy mingling in our unique lower level. Featuring fun painted walls, couches, and tables.

Bridal Suite

Bridesmaids Room

Groomsmen Room

Lower Level Lounge

Our Lower Level Lounge is a vibrant and welcoming space perfect for pre-ceremony relaxation and transition time before the reception. Equipped with comfortable couches, tables, and chairs, it offers ample seating for guests to hang out and enjoy themselves.

Front Foyer

Situated directly within the front entrance and adjacent to the lower level staircase, it provides easy access for guests to mingle with those in the lower lounge. This bright and airy area, surrounded by windows, can be elegantly set up as a bar, display photos, showcase decor, or feature signage.

Prep Kitchen

Our Semi Kitchen offers essential amenities for event preparations, including counter space, a sink, and appliances. Ideal for coordinating buffets, setting up beverages, or preparing snacks, this efficient space ensures smooth and organized event execution.

The clybourn was where we had our wedding reception. Owners were amazing, so easy to get into contact with and ask questions to. They also are very flexible and allow you to bring in whoever you want to cater or other vendors. They also allow you to stock your own bar and just pay a bartending fee, which saves us SO much money. This way we didn’t need to buy specific, expensive bar packages from a vendor. How do you even begin to start explaining just how wonderful a venue and their owner is? Wow. Wow. Wow. That's all my husband and I can say. We wanted a completely tailored-to-us wedding where we would have freedom to really let our personalities shine. Clai, The Clybourn, and his team were absolutely incredible from the beginning and throughout our planning process to support us really pulling that dream off. The industrial look of the room mixed with the modern lighting elements and the big huge windows lining the front of the space really just allowed the outdoors to come in. The light shined through so gorgeously during our vows. Being able to see the city lights at night really gave us that city vibe we were looking for without having to be right downtown. Clai allowed all our requested vendors, there were no vendors that were off limits. His team was extremely thorough with the final walk through, we felt like I had all the information we needed right up front, and if we had any questions, they were answered within a couple days, which in wedding world, is basically 2 minutes. There were a couple hiccups throughout the day - totally out of everyone's control, (it was me totally me forgetting to do something lol!!) but there were a team of people there on wedding day willing and ready to help us with anything and that truly just made me feel so secure and less stressed. We danced the night away, had the absolute best bartender provided by The Clybourn, we got nothing but compliments on Devonte all night long. We talk about our wedding almost every other day. We loved every moment and we are so happy that we get to look back and say we really got everything we could have ever wanted. *Beginning January 1, 2026, Wisconsin’s new Barn Law requires all wedding venues to serve alcohol under a Tavern B liquor license. To stay compliant while keeping events affordable, The Clybourn now offers a professionally staffed cash or credit bar with no minimums and some of the most affordable drink packages in the industry. Limited BYOB is still allowed for select refreshments. Non-alcoholic weddings and events are always welcome. Our goal remains the same: flexibility, transparency, and affordability for every celebration.
